Who is Nina Dobrev?

Don't you just love Nina Dobrev? Nina Constantinova Dobreva is a 21-year-old Bulgarian-Canadian actress. She played Mia Jones on Degrassi: The Next Generation, but she's probably best known as Elena Gilbert in The Vampire Diaries.

Nina is currently working on a movie called American Empire (2011) with April Bowlby, Shannyn Sossamon, Genevieve Cortese, Emmanuelle Vaugier, Leslie Mann, Edward Burns, Kevin Pollak, Jesse Metcalfe and  Chazz Palminteri. The movie is also said to star Arjun Rampal and rumoured to star Freida Pinto too.

I'm currently watching up to episode 18 of The Vampire Diaries and the good news is that they are working on Season 2! Yay! I just love Elena and Stephan's chemistry on the show.
