Who is Jackson Rathbone?

Jasper Hale is my favourite Twilight character after Alice Cullen. He’s cute, can you blame me? Anyway, the real Jackson Rathbone is cuter and since the release of Twilight, the first movie in The Twilight Saga, he has been getting more popular than ever.

Jackson Rathbone or his full name, Monroe Jackson Rathbone V was born on December 21, 1984. He had minor roles on television shows such as The O.C., Beautiful People and Close To Home.

When he’s not acting, Jackson performs in his band, 100 Monkeys and planned to release their first two albums by the end of this year.

Jackson will be playing Sokka in The Last Airbender, which is scheduled to be released on 2 July 2010, based on the animated series, Avatar. Other stars of the movie include Noah Ringer, Dev Patel, Cliff Curties, Nicola Peltz, Seychelle Gabriel, and Jessica Andres.

He has recently completed Girlfriend (2010), and is rumoured to be in Truckstop (2011). Jackson Rathbone is also playing the role of Jehosefat in DaZe: Vol. Too (sic) - NonSeNse (2010), a dramedy musical.
