Astrid Berges-Frisbey or Astrid Bergès-Frisbey is a Spanish-French actress, born 26 May 1986. She is also a model, and she has been modelling for French Connection. Her movie debut was in 2008, in the movie Un barrage contre le Pacifique. She will also be seen next in a romantic French movie called La fille du puisatier (The Well Digger's Daughter), a remake of the French 1940's movie. She will be playing the role of Patricia Amoretti, opposite Daniel Auteuil,Nicolas Duvauchelle and Kad Merad.
Astrid Bergès-Frisbey will be playing Syrena the mermaid in Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides (2011), alongside Johnny Depp, Penelope Cruz, and Sam Claflin.
